Aircon Belt 5PK1113?

How come the 5PK1113 doesn't seem to fit? Have I done something wrong?

Yes. You have the belt the wrong side of the idler pulley. The pulley should be against the back of the belt.

Of course all tensioners act on the back of their belt - what a muppet! I put it down to working on the car all weekend and just being worn out.
