Sports exhaust fitted by my own fair hands on Sunday, so much for me moaning the Cerbera does not pop and bang like my Griff 500

I also have a SP6 of a similar age as yours, have you still got the cats in?. My Cerb was also to quiet but I de-catted and it pops and bangs like crazy but they have to go back in for an MOT. Where did the sports exhaust come from as I might get one.

Yep, Cats still in. Over the moon, my one complaint with the car was it was so quiet compared to my Chimaera and Griff, not anymore! The pops and bangs are just constant when off the throttle and unlike the Griff and Chimaera where you had to 'provoke' them with a little throttle, they happen all the time.

The exhaust is from a 4.5 but I believe (bought it second hand from ebay) its the 'Sports Tails' that Power sell.

It fitted fine, hangers were in the correct place etc, only issue was the diameter is 54mm, so same as the mid pipes. Overcame the issue with some 57mm pipe which I used to sleeve it and then clamped at either end. To be honest it was a doodle to fit, the rear box came off in minutes and these basically slid on in its place, whole job took me under an hour.

Oh and nice Cerb to, been following your post rebuild stuff with interest. Mine is 2002 with 20000 miles and no rebuild. No sign of one anytime soon and the last 12k service showed nothing irregular...but you never know!
