What's the deal? Tried filling up the screenwash bottle, but after about a pint or two it just started pouring out all over the floor under the car!

One of the pipes going from the reservoir to the pump or from the pump to the jets has probably split.

They do.

Similar thing happened on mine.
Only difference is it starting pouring out as soon as I started filling it.
Found the hose from the filler to the reservoir had split.

Definitely sounds like a problem between filler and reservoir. Do I need to remove F1 panel to fix it?

There's nothing but a hard plastic tube? (on my car anyway) I had a similar washer fluid on the floor moment a couple of months back. Upon investigation the washer bottle/reservoir had somehow come out of its holder and was lying sideways on top of the silicone pipes. No idea how it did it and only happened once in 9 years. What can you see through the hole in the F1 panel where the cap/washer sits?

There's a pipe between the filler and the reservoir?

yikes

Not on mine there's not.

It goes straight into the bottle on mine.

The F1 panel on mine does need to be removed to access the washer bottle.
