Also selling up...
Discussion
As sad as I will be to let my beloved Cerbera go, I've decided to move on. Thanks to everyone for the support and advice you've given me over the last 15 months or so; this forum is one of the most close-knit on the whole site I think.
Anyway, here's the car which is attempting to replace the irreplaceable.

I will have another Cerbera one day. Perhaps I'm being silly selling up after spending so much money on her, but only time will tell. Thanks again everyone.

Its OK your absolved , when I read the title & saw your name against it I thought "Oh NO" but a nice Tuscan is a pretty fair reason.
You might find they can be a handful though even up to the Cerb !
Probably my useless driving & lack of courage but I managed to scare the pants off myself in a friends 4.0 Tuscan, I can just about cope with my tamer Cerby...Good Luck Rob hope we still have your invaluable input here

Thanks everyone for the comments, to those who wanted to know more...
AJP70 - I'm not really sure what prompted the change. This particular Tuscan came up and it just caught my eye. I called Craig, told him I was coming to see it, and it was all downhill from there.
To be honest, I'm a little choked up already about the thought of having to hand the keys for the Cerbera away, which will probably make the handover more of a bittersweet moment than it really should be! The Tuscan is having quite a lot of prep work and new carpets fitting, that said it should be ready for the BNG.
Graham - Cheers for the photo.
I spotted your car at Malton, and have a couple of snaps of it somewhere. Don't those single headlamps look so damn good! What a gorgeous looking car, if I do say so myself.
Rick - Should have her before the BNG weekend (8th and 9th Sept), but it's very much dependent on how busy John the trimmer is, who'll be recarpeting her before I collect. Pop over whenever you like and make sure you fetch the Cerb.

Sorry you're moving on Rob but I guess you're right about you being one of the blokes programmed to keep trying something new
.
Not sure if I've said but I briefly had my head turned by Tuscans when I was searching for a Cerb. No going back now but Estoril Blue is a great colour and I think the anthracite Spiders work well with it.
Look forward to seeing it - and hearing the 'horses hooves' overrun - at the BNG

Well the old girl is on the Classifieds. I have a part-exchange offer, but perhaps a keen PHer would relish the challenge!
Hope you get someone interested in it
