Where do you stick yours?

Being the recent owner of one of the fabulous little Go-Pro cam sets, with the suction mounts, and WiFi/remote upgrade pack too, I'm keen to work out just where to attach it to the Cerb for two reasons:

1. I dont want it flying off at high speed and bouncing into oncoming traffic, and
B. I dont want it flying off at high speed and bouncing under following traffic

I'm assuming there are good and bad experiences out there of sticking your's here there and everywhere...?

I have a windscreen mount base permanently stuck to the screen just below the rear view mirror. It is hidden by the mirror when you are in the car, but the camera mount just clips on to it when needed.

Contemplating on of these, do they have external microphones and could it reach to between the exhausts?
