Passanger Seat belt Buckle Broken

My poor girlfriend got stuck in the cerb when it decided that it no longer wanted to release the seatbelt. I managed to break it apart and release the belt but now need a new clasp. Does anyone have a spare one or know what car the seat belts were off in the first place. I have spare rear clasps but the buckle is narrower.

Also on the passanger side seatbelt buckle it has a micro switch, when i removed my seats it wasnt connected anything. Question 1 what does it do an question 2 is it meant to be connected.

Hi George, is it the buckle off the belt you need or the clasp? I have these. Also, I'm pretty sure the micro switches don't connect to anything
