sorry,another decat question!

just had my mot done and i think my cats are nearly dead so want to de-cat and hopefully get another year out of them.
The only thing is do you think if something was to happen engine wise(please no) the warranty company might try and wriggle out of it by saying the car wasnt to manufacturers specification?Is this something to worry about?

Always, always, always declare it to your insurers. Otherwise when they find out and invalidate your insurance the smelly stuff can really hit the fan.
