Not posted in here for a while as new business has been taking up far too much of my time.

I've just been to see the Carl Baker, well the car has. wink

I've got to stay Steve Thomsit is right about this guy - down to earth, extremely honest and has done a SUPERB job on fitting a new alarm and tidying up a mess of wires and bdisation of the previous alarm fitter (a company some of us know). Why naming a shaming is banned i don't know...we should be able to with a proof of receipt.

Carl however is in a different league! This is the first time i've used him for any work and would not hesitate on recommending him to anyone or going back for more.

By the way Cerbera owners, if you're alarm is the age mine was - its time to start looking at getting a new one fitted. I've got a cool keyfob with extra button on the side for "Boot" release". I did ask Carl if i could have this as my driver side door opener, which i thought would be nicel. My new Meta alarm & immobiliser fitted by Carl has finally stopped me using a fire extinguisher to knock the old immobiliser relay into action to allow the fuel pump to come on. I've had this problem worsen over the last two years... so much so we thought it was the fuel pump in the first place. which was replaced. Thanks AA.

Anyways my Cerb is now almost full of complete new parts [a recent upgrade...ahem snapping of drive shafts] - effectively bringing my car to about 2-3years old. It needs a good respray but mechanically is spot on.

Thanks again Carl!! Now I can get in my car knowing it has charge over more than 3 days and will fire into life!
