Help required...

The MIL light on the dash started to intermittently alarm so I connected up my laptop to the ECU and found that lambda sensor 1 occasionally jumps up to 1.8 volts and that is when the MIL light comes on. I also noticed that the voltage would drop to 0 volts when taking my foot off the gas, other than that it seems to work normally. Any ideas? The sensors is only a few months old.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

May I ask you where you bought your Lamdas from ?
I bought two new ones recently and have had MIL probs myself.
(My supplier was not the normal TVR supplier source)

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Mine was supplied and fitted by a local TVR garage so dont know where they got it from, also mine is a speed six engine so dont know if they are the same, it is a 4(narrowband?)one.

I cross referenced them to a land rover part. Had a good around and pretty much all in the £70 mark. Easy enough to change. 19mm spanner if I remember
