Dear all as a relative new comer to tvr ownership and no expert mechanic, on a scale of 1-10 how worried should I be by a line of oil that has appeared down the left hand scuttle as you stand facing the car. It looks quite a lot but I have checked levels and can,t see to big a fall. I am hoping it's like a head wound not as bad as it looks? Pressure was fine on my last drive, by the way it's a 4.5 if That makes any diff.

Anyway definate oil in engine bay which I am guessing can never be great news. If anyone can do remote diagnostics then I would at least be forewarned. Thanks

Nowt to worry about, will just the breather pipe that afixes to the front lower part of air box.

Thank you for those reassuring words, never had it before? Might it be over full? Or is just when it gets hot or driven hard?

some owners go down this route to avoid the drips and mess

if you remove the air box and clean it all out including the breather gauze it will not return for a good while.

If you're really lucky it will drip on to the exhaust manifold as well - looks like the car is one fire.
