MIL light flashing when cold.

my mil light blinks on and off as soon as i start from cold but once up to normal temp its ok. seams to run fine all the time.

anyone any idea which sensor to try first?

can i get a fault code reader from somewhere or softwear for a laptop?

what dose MIL stand for anyway?
