Exhaust manifolds

Hi everyone I am trying to find some new exhaust manifolds for my 4.5 does anyone know of a good set that won't break the bank or does anyone have a left bank original that is in good nick that I can buy. mine was blowing and I tried to weld it up and sadly this bent it a bit so now it's not sitting flat the the head !!! Please help !!!

I have a spare 4.5 manifold, but im unsure which bank its for. I will dig it out tonight and let you know.

I've just checked and my spare is for the right hand side. Sorry.
