Was sorting some more room in my garage yesterday and found my solid towing bar in amongst all the crap, and then it struck me ( a thought not the towing bar) where are the tow eyes? I found the front one in the manual and that there isn't a rear one, and then I thought what do people do for trackdays, as you are meant to have tow eyes fitted.
So what does everyone do regarding this?

Option one is to keep it out of the kitty litter!

Option two is to put a recovery strap on the front towing eye and use cable ties to keep it up against the underside of the nose cone out of the way.

Fitting towing eyes on track days is only advise and is nearly always followed by an "if possible/fitted" from my experience. If you do get the car beached in a gravel trap then insist that you attach the towing straps, some marshalls can be a little heavy handed at times or just in a hurry and put them round bits you would rather they didn't, some times on the car as well;-)

Option 2 is brilliant. Thanks. I know about marshals etc that's why I need a strap/ towing eye fitted, just in case.

Thanks
