I need what I think is an obsolete part. Anyone know where one might be found? I need a serviceable oil return housing thing (the one that takes oil from the pressure relief valve to the sump)? Mines cracked and i want to replace it. I am not sure this is an available part or where to try...?

Worse case get it welded. A good Alu weld should be fine.

Try Jason at STR8SIX, he has loads of bits in his engine build room.

Or I am up there on Saturday and I can ask him if he has one if you want?

Cheers ridds. Joolz welding man looked at it and said no, too thin and oily...? Do you reckon it's something that could be done quickly (assuming it could be done)? Gary

Put it inthe washer with Bio powder that will get rid of all the oil residue.
If its a cheap cast(which it probably is) then you will have to use from 170amp - 200amp after carefully pre heating it other wise Pop it will go!

Yeah Joo dropped me a pic and I forwarded it on to the fabby. He said no real issue, just queried if there was an o-ring groove in the face.

How quickly do you need it doing? Should be able to turn it around in a few days.
