when i floor my 4.5 it takes off, change into second/floor it and i sometimes get a slight stuttering before it takes off again! Not good as i am gonna go to Santa pod and need it sorted. Any idea's?? I have changed the ht leads and still does it! Not good!!!

I have had the same problem recently - it was hesitant at low revs, not firing properly.

Just picked the car up today after its 48k service and there is no more hesitancy. They changed the usual stuff, including the plugs, and did the 48k tappit adjustments. Maybe its one of those things that causes it....?

I had the same, but on the S6, turned out to be worn throttle pots (to much relief!)

Just stick it in first at santa pods, and dont bother changing gear...

seriously though, could be a number of things, might just need a visit to an indy (joospeed) and have it tuned up.... might just be stuffed calibration... or like said already, dodgy pots...

One of the things thats happening in my upcoming project is a complete removal of the current throttle-bodies... and 1 or 2 big 90mm single throttlebody install... (bad weakness in the cerbs, ok might get better response, but too many things to go wrong!)

It has just had a 12K service and tappet adjustment done by tvr power, so i know the timing and everything is all in order. Really bugs me becasue i raced my boss in his 911 turbo a while back and it was ace, now it would struggle to keep up!

Jason - I saw you yesterday!

In Stechford, about 1600?

Nice motor. Loved the pops and bangs!

aahhh, thats it then...
you raced a 911 turbo - now that would upset the soul of any cerb... they just dont like to race slow cars!

Fotango, is a web site/company, which is what I and others use, to host photos. Not sure who you used for your profile pic!!or even if there's another way.

Jas, why don't you take it back to TVR Power?
How many miles have you done since the service?
It could be anything.
