Hi all
Changing the fuel pipes is a easy job
The hardest part is getting the hose clips off
And with it being a cerbera assess is very limited
The hoses on mine was 7.5 mm

The worst access is where they through the bulkhead, which of course is under the expansion tank smile

Where the hoses are swagged to fittings, I got my local hose guy to re swage then onto the new pipe. I guess you could use hose clips though. Don't forget to inspect the heat sleeving and replace where required

Really? From the tank to the pump maybe, but I would have thought that with it being a pressurised system that would be risky! I'm about to do mine and will deffinitly be using swaged hydraulic fittings.

Have a look at the connections on the end of the fuel rails and fuel coolers, and be scared.... laugh

Modifications? confused

For the fuel cooler, my pipes are secured by jubilee clips.

For the fuel rail joint, it is a pipe swaged onto a 90degree fitting. They reused the fitting but used a new swage collar.

I used 7mm id hose. I removed all of the hoses at once labelling each end, took them all to a local hose place, who changed the fittings & left the hoses a few inches too long so I could cut them back to length when I refitted them.
