mannings have been by far the best for me.
speak to paul, he's really helpful, just had a claim and they really helped get the things moving when the insurer started getting awkward.

Foootman james classic car policy with limited millage is pretty good. Includes European breakdown cover. Which I used two summers ago to have my cerbera recovered home from champagne. Plus they paid for my train and eutrostar home.
Have two cars on the same policy and share the millage allowance.

Quote me happy were half what the rest of the "specialists" were quoting. 480 a year for my tuscan s, 25 year old delinquent with 5 style points and a write off in 2011

If you intend to do track days then Mannings should be high on your shortlist.

Just got my first Cerbera insurance this week, used classic line. Best quote and includes European travel, European breakdown and approved track days. Mannings were £100 more, Adrian Flux £700 more.

And me Track day cover agreed value on a classic policy very good to deal with as well.

Classicline were completely useless for me. Did me an initial quote which was higher than my renewal, then kept ringing me to transfer me to the 'partners' who all quoted 3 - 4 times my renewal.

It's odd how some work for different people. Classic Line for me, £650 for all 3, paid out within 19 days after a total loss (fire), have been flexible and good to deal with. Yet a couple mentioned above were far more expensive. I think the moral is try a few, it may save you lots.

I'm waiting for Classicline to respond to my online form. Mannings called today but I was out. Hopefully I'll get them tomorrow. I'll be interested to hear what they say
