I am trying a new guy (came recommended to me by my brother) who is respraying my car. It was looking a bit beat up on the paintwork side after the last person who resprayed it the paint started falling off!Nice Paul Nice. Lacker pealing and its had a few bumps from here and there.

Anyways, I thought I would send a link over the pics - no change of colour, but looks amazing now - got the blue/purple flip shinning through - I cannot wait to see it in the flesh.

More here - http://ow.ly/h8Uig of the sanding and process.

Looking very nice was wondering if you know how much the respray is going to cost you when it is finished

What's the colour?
Azure Blue with a slight enhanced mix of more pearl. It flips to purple - dual colour not like the three colours out there.

Post a few more pics when its all finished please?
I will update the link above.

Someone mentioned to me that the area just under the bottom corner of windscreen is prone to developing little hairline cracks. Its caused by overloading the boot. So one to look out for now that it's all resprayed.
This is also caused by 19 year old girls going into the back of you when parked. This is the third respray. One just when I bought her, the second by a namesless person as it was st. ....so far looks the absolute tits.

I noticed this one mine when polishing. Glad I'm not alone there!

Your not alone and has caused many a heart flutter in the past. Would be nice to see if a respray cures this.

Very common issue according to the TVR bodyshop I spoke to.. He used to repair them all the time 'back in the day'.

Looks good. Be interested in who did your rear lights for you and what units you've got in them? And approx cost of doing it?

I had some insurance work completed and I added to it. I can ask the garage to quote for the full job.

The lights are a combination of the new style and a mix - I know who did them but I have not seen another like it.
It took me a long time to like them.
The lights inside I am changing to my own designed LED aluminium rings. Thus having "four LED rings" and the Indicators, reverse, fog are in the center - similar to the hella afterburner lights. But the difference is the brake will illuminate more LED's in the ring.

Well my brother builds high-end parts for the drift car world - so the machining can be done there with billet aluminium he's a whizz with electronics too.

Also at the same time I am looking to get a few parts in the engine bay made in billet - but this would be a separate post so I could gauge numbers.

Items would include.

Bells
Brackets
Oil Caps
Air Box Brackets
Pulleys
Buttons

Maybe PM me your number and lets chat.

Ooh I'd be interested in some, if not all of the above in Billet. Keep us informed of progress/prices. If its reasonable may also have some for stock...
