Knocking noises!!!

Have recently purchased a '96 Cerbera and am just experiencing my first problem!! I'm getting a knocking noise coming from the back of the car on acceleration and on lift off of throttle when changing gears. I think it might be the diff but im hoping it's something a lot cheaper!! Any ideas anyone? Also, does anyone know of a good tvr specialist in london they could recommend?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

coud be diff, more likely one of the diff bushes collapsed.
