Finally I've got some time to paint my Cerb, she's in the booth now in colour and first coat of lacquer, I'll post again later when finished

Colour is Halcyon Atlantis not Atlanis sorry!

So that's it the end of a long day but she's done. All the hard work in the prep, 6 coats of Nexa Halcyon Atlantis as used in the factory and finally 3 coats of lacquer.

A quick flat & polish in the morning and I can start to put her back together.

My favourite TVR colour, beautiful. Though I do recall seeing your car at Mira and it certainly didn't look like it needed a respray!

Just all those little chips and niggley marks that needed doing, as we do this for a living, for me it's not a major expense just finding the time.

So now with a respray, new windscreen & refurbed wheels she should be spot on cool

out of curiosity.......why didnt you remove the rear light lenses vs just masking them up?

No need, remove the sealer between the lens & bodywork, mask & paint then re-seal = no masking edge, why cut the lens out and risk breaking it?
