32 or 64 bit?
I run it on 32 bit with no issues but know 64 bit users have issues.

I've tried through through the trouble shooter to run on Windows 98 & 95, but still no joy.
I've got an old Compaq brick which has been used for many years, only for the Cerb, but screen keeps going blank and other issues like battery life are causing problems.
Tried to run on the kids laptop, which has Windows 8, no joy there either.
Yes
Use the Oracle!
http://www.virtualbox.org/
it allows you to run older windows versions in Windows 7. (its free)
Then install Windows xp in Oracle.
Quite easy, even i managed to get diagnostics working 1st time on 64 Bit win 7.
