Well, after much searching i have finally put my money down on a cerb. Andy at APM auto put me onto one of the cars he was servicing and told me she was a good example and the owner might sell. So took a gander at it, Andy put her up on the ramps to show me the chassis which looks great.

So phoned up the owner (a Pher) had a good chat and agreed a price. Quite an odd way to purchase a car, but there you go.

Shes a 2001, 4.5 LW, in Sapphire black with black and magnolia interior. Good service history too. Shes totally standard apart from ACT exhaust, Even has original shocks. 28000 miles on the clock

Should be collecting her on saturday.

Cheers Colin, i picked up the car today and have been having a ball. what an experience, i've had a few fast-ish cars, but nothing comes close to the feel of this and i havent even pushed her yet. Simply awesome.

Haha, i think you can appreciate why it was hard for me to come to terms with letting mine go now. I've decided to sorn it over the next couple of weeks so i can get round to getting it back up to perfection again. If you are ever in Essex, feel free to look me up. Would love to see your car. Took her on the motorway and her legs are endless, if you see what i mean Other traffic seem to be going at pedestrian pace lol.
