Are the front seats interchangeable left and right? As one of the few who actually use the back seats the position of the levers to tilt the backrests matters. Mine are on the inboard side but I was just looking through the classifieds and saw photos of them outboard?
Even when not trying to reach in to tilt the seats forward for access to the rears, it's a real fiddle trying to plug in the seatbelt or adjust the seat back when sat in it, with the level, seat belt and penis pump thing all trying to occupy the same space.
Can I just swap my seats around to put the tilt levers on the outboard side?

It sounds like your seats have been swapped around. I did this for a year to even up the wear but like you I found that the seat belt and rake adjustment were rather too fiddly to get at. My notes say put the rear bolts in first when replacing them, and I also chaged the bolts for socket heads as a wobbly hexagon driver was much easier to get in than either a spanner or a socket.
