Yellow Cerbie in Eastbourne on Friday, parked near marine pub / dolphin chippie. Anyone know who it might belong to?

Could have been NJW 77s car - he's not that far from Eastbourne.

Unless someone has purchased one of the two yellow Cerbs that were at Dream Machines...

The car did look stunning, cerberas (more so in yellow ) are such incredibly cool looking motors, with mountins of road presence

I noticed other people looking too. They stand out a mile from the rest of the drabmobiles on todays roads

Nope, not mine guys as I'm currently sitting in an internet cafe overlooking a beach in the Algarve and my car 'should be' still at Austecs awaiting my return...unless that bloody Mike decided to pop down to EB for fish & chips in it!

Rob, sounds like you've bought a cerb in my absence? What did you end up buying?

Just for the record, its about 33 degrees here at the moment....life's a beach...hehehe

Been driving a Citreon Xsara estate for the past week, roll on Wednesday and car collection time (wonder if the missus will drop me off on the way back from the airport, or is that just plain impatient?)

Hi UKBob,

Guilty as charged, not going to be able to hide with this motor. You will see this car a fair bit around Sussex. It is one of the Dream Machine Cerbies. Had it a week and can't resist it. Most like the colour but not all. If your gonna have supercar performance might as well have a supercar colour. What do you drive?

Im one of the ones who will agree with that! Money well spent Gary STUNNING car, congrats on the new purchase!! We actually [sad]pulled over to have a smoke at the side of the road after driving by a hundred times, just watch it for 5 minutes [/sad] Saw a fair few people walk by/cross road, look at car, pass it, then head over shoulder again to look at car once more Its impossible not to enjoy a wow/factor in its presence

Reason being (Nick, I didnt actually buy a cerb (yet)) yellow does look the nuts and yellow cerbies (passing through eastbourne) are few and far between.

I drive a cooper green V8S

Holbayhead, yes it was & thanks for the compliment.

Gary, welcome to the fold, will have to have a Sussex Yellow cerb gathering methinks

Rob=Tripps, go get it tiger...hurry hurry hurry

Rob=UKBob, was referring to Tripps, appologies for the confusion. Get a yella one and join the gang. Of course I would never turn up in EB with warning you 1st (but you will hear me from about Lewes, that should be enough warning!)

(sigh) Last day in the sun today, at least Ive got the collection of my car to look forward to on my return to Blighty, will ease the wet & cold weather some

Nick... Comments noted, printed, bound and framed

I'll be sure to give Paul back your keyfob before your return

I wish I could buy a cerb but Im just not in that £league yet. Paul(austec) recons that the V8S is more than enough TVR for a first ever car (for me) and that a cerb might have been a little too much for a first time driver Quite right!

Im hoping I'll be able to join the Cerbera fold about this time next year, we will have to see. A good one doesnt come cheap, and I have some saving to do

Enjoy the rest of your holiday mate

It sure is getting noticed, I thought the DeLorean I have got alot of attention but the Cerbie gets as much but of a different kind. What I mean is that the DeLorean gets alot of affectionate comments people feel comfortable to come and talk and ask questions, the Cerbie gets a different kind of attention and I'm afriad to say of the "green eyed monster" type, I wish they would simply see it as a British sucess story (a classic in the making) rather than something to covert in a negative way. I am very aware of the "danger" I face parking the car in certain locations, oh well better just keep driving it then it won't be a problem. I would love to meet up with other TVR owners for a run and some photo opportunities. Anyone interested??
