Hi all.....

Just a quick note to introduce myself.

My name is Mark Healy, or Budaholic!

I've been reading through this forum for the last few weeks, using it like a reference library. I had many questions answered here. With all my newly aquired knowledge, I felt more confident about purchasing a Cerbera.

I now own a 1998 'R' plate Cerbera in Atlantis Halcyon with Flint/Portland Leather. Many thanks to Andy in Hampshire for selling me the car. I think his username is CerbyT? Had the car 6 days now, and I can categorically say, "I love it". It has cost me £70 in fuel in less than a week but, what the hell. Something I better get used to, eh!! But the grin factor it has while driving is incredible. I wanna know, when will I stop looking in the garage, just to have another look at it?

Right, that's that done. Hope to join up with other TVR owners at local meets in the future. When I find out where they are happening.

regards to all,

Budaholic (Mark)

My recommendation - if you're not that far from him, use Joospeed for all your TVR requirements....

Welcome to the classic Cerbera Owners club.
May you have as much fun as the one before you did (wander why he sold ehehe only kidding)

Never. I still find myself watching TV on an evening and casually glancing outside at the Cerb. I'll never be bored of looking at it.

Halcyon Atlantis was the colour of my first Cerb, it's a glorious colour. Of course, I saw sense and bought a red one next

Congratulations and thanks for sending your details through to TCR last night,
I'll add them tonight.

I too love the colour, I was minutes away from buying an Atlantis Halcyon myself.

Enjoy the Cerbera experience and take it easy at first.

Byff & bud, I've set up a TV and internet PC in the garage so I can just sit there looking at him all night long, does annoy the wife a little, but then if she still had the curves like the cerb I'd sit indoors more hehehehe (actually, dont smoke in the house coz of the kids so only really sit in the garage when I want a ciggie...no, honest...... )

You like giving Joospeed his free plugs! Have you got a deal going with him?

Welcome Bud,

I am a friend of Andy's - we work together. His is a nice motor, and was well looked after by a real enthusiast. All the best with it.

Agree with SXS. If you want it servicing correctly, have your upgrades done properly, all at the right price, then thats where to take it. Thats why cars come from far and wide...even from abroad.

Thanks for all your comments......
I love the colour too. Photograph just doesn't do it justice, needs to be seen.

I would definately like to go to the Harpenden meet next month and have a chat with likeminded people.
I expect I could persuade myself to suffer the journey to Essex too some time

You know what, I think I'm gonna enjoy Cerbera ownership,
Just gonna have another peek in the garage then I'm off to bed.

Hi Andy.... I have to thank you for selling me my car... I am totally blown away by Cerb ownership. Don't mean to rub it in

She's getting plenty of use now, done a fortune on Optimax and I've decatted her too. Sounds wonderful now and better throttle response.

Just need to sort small oil leak... I think I know where its coming from, just hose replacement.

Hope you get back to a TVR soon.... sooner if they make an estate with a dog guard, eh?
