4.5 Lambda Sensors
Discussion
One of my lambda sensors gave up and I need to replace it this week as I have an MOT on Saturday.
I've looked at Alex Judd's eqiuivalent parts website for Lambda sensors and there are three listed:
- Intermotor part number : 16339
- www.gendan.co.uk/oxygen_lambda_sensors_TVR.html
- Land rover part number ERR 6729
Can anyone let me know which one I should get?

Thanks guys, I have the two new sensors connected and they're dangling down each side of the gear box.. but couldn't get the old one's out..
So I ordered some crows foot spanners

I managed to get mine out with the tray in place, just get comfy and keep spinning he spanner over. The plug is by the starter, go in from the top with one hand. Bit fiddly but by no means difficult.
presumably you're decatted .. if your cats are still in there you must have pipecleaner arms and fingersspitfire4v8 said:

Did mine with an open-ended and Cats.
Just needed the patience of Jobb.
My MOT's next week and am waiting for the Cats to turn up.
Well done Paul, I could only get onto one of them - but the other is impossible to get at with a straight spanner.Just needed the patience of Jobb.

If you're not too busy you could drive to London and do mine! I make the best tea ever

Setting off now !
Oh no, wait a minute, my MIL light is still on.
I guess we all have our TVR burdens to bear.
Best of Luck.
(Ummmm, I am assuming you've got it jacked-up so that you can get your whole body underneath, Yes ? )

(Yep, it's right up on 4 axle stands and I can get right underneath.. but there's just not enough space to get a spanner on the sensor!)
