Mil light again !!!!

Having rushed a lambda change to be sure of no hiccups at titt I had lo listen to the flipping buzzer doing its nut all morning, just done diags and????? Nothing, nought, nil, nada, big fat zero faults logged grrrrr
And lambda 1 is STILL lazy so obs nought wrong with the one I took out!!! Any ideas???

Water temp sender, damp coil packs, water in the ECU.

If its running OK and the ECU is not logging any faults then I would suspect a wiring problem with the dashboard its self.
