The title says it all really, following on from budaholic thread. Would decatiing your car affect or void any warranty that comes with buying a cerbera ?

Yes it has gone a bit off topic, back to original question.
(Example)
To take a common problem clutch goes tits up, garage where car is under warranty collects car, gets it up on the ramps and sees that its been decatted. would they be write in defaulting on the warranty or not honouring the warranty because the car has been modified, even thow it has no relevance to the fault.

One thing a lion and a cerbera have in common is that both will turn round and bit you in the arse if your not careful.

Depends how shitty they want to be. If they wanted to they could contact the warranty company and say about the decat, which would give the warranty company a get out because it wasn't declared at the time of taking out the warranty.

Of course, what benefit to the dealer/specialist this would be is questionable. They would seriously annoy you, would probably lose the business, etc, etc.

I would love a pet lion.... or tiger....
mind you, I'll have to keep its teeth grinded down and its claws trimmed... and keep it on anti-depressants - just in case...
