Doors not locking and passenger side window!

I was wondering if you anyone could help me. The doors on the car are not locking. The drivers door is fine and the window drops down, the passenger side window doesn't dip down and you can't automatically get it all the way up! Can someone please help!

There's a microswitch in the door that senses the window position, could be that it has failed. Check the photo in post 9th April 2012

It might be the reed switch in the door.
