Lightweight flywheels

So I am changing the clutch on mine after it dumped me 100 miles from home with no gears.

While I am down there the flywheel needs a little attention as a previous owner removed a few teeth from it. Does any one have any experience with the TVR power/racing green light flywheels? Are they worth it or is the car better with the standard one? Or is there another option?

P.s. its a 4.2 btw.

I have one from Raceproved. With hindsight I am sure I didn't need it and wouldn't have bothered.
