Decided to come on intermittently when I took it out for a run this evening (flashed and beeped once every three seconds for about a minute) while it warmed up. Went away when engine was at temperature and didn't return. To add insult to injury the knackered old toshiba the software's installed on wont fire up and software refuses to install on other laptop as it won't recognise the operating system. Hmm...

Wouldn`t worry about it unless it stays on permanantly.

Mine started out that way - well over £10K later, no longer flashing!

Get it checked out ASAP to minimise the damage. In my case I needed an engine rebuild, ECU, Cats (3), Lambda's (3) coil pack, plug leads etc. etc.

I know this is a DIY community, but there are times when it pays to have a man who knows look at it......

Pull the sensors one by one and see if they are ok whilst your waiting to get it hooked up.
