I had to jump start this morning because the passenger window hadn't fully closed leaving interior light on. Quick fix as the magnet had dropped out of the sill which I have now put back in. After a good run to charge battery I stopped, closed both doors but was unable to lock the car with remote, tried to open doors and nothing, boot wouldn't open either so unable to get back in car. After 10 minutes of me swearing and threatening to set fire to the bloody thing doors opened and all well again. Now the passenger door will not operate at all from inside and outside, I get four flashes from indicators when I used to get three and the horn has sounded all by itself whilst driving along this afternoon (this has happened once before so may not be related yet very embarrassing).I have disconnected battery twice in hope of re-setting things. Has anyone else encountered these issues? I have the mechanical expertise of a lemon so any hints gratefully received.

Horn sounds like the ribbon is lose.

You may need to reset the fob.

Try giving the battery a really good charge?

All you need to know is on this site and yes it could be a shot battery in the car not the fob. I suggest a new one.
