Does the TVR Taliban allow Viper stripes?
I was thinking of satin black ones to go with my satin black wheels?

Doesn't your car stand out enough as is with the codpiece / air intake bulge on the bonnet?

More seriously, with Derek having them on his Chimp, then no real reason why you shouldn't smile

Aren't they actually Ford stripes from the GT40's or something along those lines?
[Pedant mode/]

I've got Lotus stripes on my Frogeye which is obviously a faux pas, fashion police can shoot at will.

Isnt your Cerb fast enough already Paul?

When i fitted my stripes it took 2 tenths off my ET and added 4 mph to my terminal...... honest.

I rather like them for special events but as an everyday job no...too much like corsa etc.

Looked great on the ford and set the car off to a tee.

Now I wonder with all this wrapping and stickers can you get a flip stripe? Mmmmm double flip lines, now that would look fantastic wink

My brother in law runs TWO Vipers, both with stripes and they look fantastic, I also sell stripe kits to my customers that buy Suzuki Swifts! My own opinion would be the Cerbera doesn't need any enhancement in the looks department, unless you still got 16"s!! Leave stickers to American muscle and Jap crap belonging to 17 year olds.

I like the thick band with two outer thin stripes, not keen on the sill stripes though. the black with orange looks really good!

Well this was mine at Le Mans. I think it depends on the colour of your car and the stripes you choose but the long bonnet and shape of the Cerb do suit the stripes well IMO. I was sceptical beforehand but everyone I have spoken to thinks I should keep them on so I think I will smile

I agree that viper stripes are allowed for special occasions i.e. Le Mans. I may be biased but I think this looks fantastic. The general consensus over the Le Mans weekend and at the TVRCC meet a couple of days before we set off was that it looked great. A few people described it as nicely understated. I'll let you decide.

Question is, when do I take it all off?
