similar sort of temps here, although haven't driven it for a few days since Monday but was still hot.

Although i have a SPA gauge which i thought was going to be more accurate when i visited joolz he mentioned that the ECU was seeing temps 10 degrees hotter than the gauge.

lol that makes me feel even more worried. It may seem mental but a few weeks ago I had new leads fitted...anyway on the way home when I gave the car some welly to overtake she misfired and seemed to almost stall and cut out.The guy who did the work came down straight away and plugged in his laptop which showed no problems. he did adjust a few things on the throttle pots then I think he did a reset........anyway I have a cooling chip fitted and im just wondering if this needs resetting or am I mental. just seems the car has run hotter since the reset.....probably wrong its just the high temps we are having at the mo.

Mine gets hot & goes to the same as yours then drops to 94/5 in this weather, as long as its fluctuating & stays below 100 I wouldn't worry, I have the larger alloy radiator so you would think it would be cooler so maybe it is just the piping over the E/manifolds that's the cause.
As long as you can hear the fans cutting in & out & no venting then just enjoy the weather & drive it.

Not unusual for it to read a little hotter on a day like this but don't rule out the gauge. Could well be overreading.

ETA: Get it plugged into a laptop on a hot day this week - should put your mind at rest.
