Trying to source front left and right seat belts, but did not find any in the alternative parts list. Has anyone got some pics how to remove the covers and belts ?

I have had mine off recently on my 97 4.2, To gain access to the bolt that holds the front of the chrome rail that the belt sides on, on each sill you need to remove the seat, 4x13mm nuts and washers accessed from under the car.
The chrome strip is then held on with a 16mm bolt, the rear end is hooked through a bracket behind the carpet so it is necessary to gently peal back the carpet to gain access, the belt buckle is the same, peel back carpet to reveal 16mm bolt.
The trim on the outside of the rear seats on the quarter panel is easier to remove without the rear seat in but can be eased out with it in. Undo the 16mm bolt behind the cover cap on the seatbelt top bracket, remove the speaker and through the hole there is a wing nut and washer holding the panel onto the roof trim, ease back the rubber door seal lip and gentle prise the inner panel off working it around the stud left in place after removing the wing nut and the rear seatbelt buckle.
The inertia real is then bolted in at the bottom of the panel to the roll cage with 2 different size nut/bolt combination either 16,17or 18mm.
Hope that helps
