Oil pressure warning light on - oil pressure fine
Discussion
Just finished swapping my borked engine for a second hand one.
I definitely fitted the oil pressure sender connector.
Start the engine, oil pressure is 70+ PSI. However, with the ignition on, the oil pressure warning light is on - I think it goes off whilst I'm cranking the engine, but then once the engine starts the warning light comes back on.
Am I right in thinking there are only two causes for this (bearing in mind that the oil pressure is fine): broken sender or connector not connected (might have pulled it off whilst doing something else)?
