I had a problem with my child seat which was supplied to the original owner in Ireland in 1997. I Called on James Agger who brought the car back to this country in 2003 to help me. I have to say as I'm sure many of you have found, James is probably the most helpful of dealers you could ever hope to encounter. I have bought and sold many cars, never have I been so impressed, oh yeah he sorted the problem out for me, and he didn't even sell me my car. TOP BLOKE, cheers James.

All I ever hear are very good things about James. It makes a nice refreshing change.

Maybe he can become a consultant for MG Rover, I have been trying to get a test drive of a ZT260 for 3 weeks! No returned phone calls or e mails, useless!!!!

Oh back on track, Good show James!

Oh James is the man.

Firstly he buys the cars he sells, so would he buy a pup to sell on? No.

Secondly, once you drive away, it doesn't end there.
He's there for advice, contacts and back up.

Thirdly, he's a damn fine fellow and quite simply, he's the best Indie out there.
No question.

Fernhurst have a big history with TVR - they ran in the challenge series... but I think their hospitality and generally relaxing brain-washing skills far exceed their willingness to be honest now and again - you end up paying for something - and sometimes they tell you a complete fish of a tale - but mind you - its 50/50 everywhere you go - apart from Joospeed, I dont believe I have heard of one unhappy customer - apart from the ones who didnt get their parts posted on time (but apparently that was out of Joo's hands and more an issue with Royal Mail I believe...)

I've dealt with Fernhurst for 9 years. They've always been as good as any dealer I've dealt with, and I was a dealer for ten years!!!

And I was providing 'product' services from my fathers garage 10 years ago at market rates, still didnt make me any better than the rest....

So does this mean just because they've been good to you, they've been good to everyone? I dont want to mention any names, but I wouldnt say anything like this unless I didnt come across a few who have had quite literally a headache with them... its a pity people cant write bad reports on here... otherwise I would put every damn thing I hear from everyone I know - onto here....

All dealers ARE dodgy!
If he aint a dodgy dealer - then he's either running a charity or he's selling too many cars! (good for him and his customers)

Personally, the good reports outweigh the bad ones - so maybe they were just bad events - or maybe they were a little more attentive than the typical punter who pays first and asks questions later.... and then pays even further....

100% independants - especially one man outfits are in my experience decent fellas, Joolz for tivvers, and Darren for ricers...

The BEST dealer out there - when it comes to full on aftersales support - has to be Mole Valley IMO.... Well, they're not main dealers anymore sadly...
