4,5 cerb does not start

Does someone know what I can doe so that my cerbera 4,5 will start when the
weather is rainy or misty, temperature is 15.00 °C or lower.
The Starter turns the engine, but it moastley does not Start for the first time, after that I put on starterkabels an a running car an the the TV will
start.
Battery and generator is new.

Could be......Bad earth. Faulty alternator. Knackered Battery. Bad coils. Dodgy starter motor. The list of possibilities is endless. First place to start is to connect the ECU to a laptop running the MBE software and see exactly what's happening. Once you have some data to work with you can start eliminating things from the list and work through. If poor earthing is a factor the 2 main earth points to start with are the 1. front left wing, almost directly below the battery and 2. on top of the fuel tank.

I would check that once you have it started that the new alternator is actually charging the battery. For a new battery not to start the car sounds like its not charging.
