Welcome to tvr ownership. All tvrs are generally warm cars to be in. I am going to great lengths to cut the cabin heat out of mine with new insulation, after 14 years it was getting very tiered. Ceramic coating manifolds and additional shielding while I had the engine out as I plan some euro trips in the future in the cerb. AC helps as well.
To add my Tuscan is warmer than the cerb but the roof comes off so no issues there

I really miss watching the heat hayes rise from just in front of the windscreen on a really cold morning/day!
I was sat behind a Diablo a couple of days ago and the amount of heat coming out of the engine vents reminded me of the cerb
Fwiw, removing the cats made a huge difference to heat management.
