All Melling the AJP engine designer is now on board for support!!!

The engineers have had a long chat with him, and we have found out some very interesting things... but due to legal reasons we cant talk about it - but all I can say, when this babies done - she will be a bat out of hell!

Now I just need to find the perfect pair of furry dice to hang in there... and a nodding dog to sit on the shelf!

I'll take the dancing elvis and the nodding dog... wrap them up and when we all arrange to meet up so you all get to see the beast, we can christian her with few bottles of champagne and install the dog and elvis!

[/quote]I'll raise you strange fish symbol and tissues on the back shelf (OK then in the helmet hole!)...

Methinks when this is complete we should organise a get-together, possibly somewhere close to a large strip of tarmac

SXS, please can you give him a firm, but polite, kick in the bo11ocks from me !

Is it his design that's forced me to have my engine removed so I can replace the sump ?

I thought so, the bar steward.

Him & my crap driving of course

He pushed for the dry sump version - but TVR made the choice for pushing the wet sump (cheaper) for the roads... So find Wheeler and his righthand cost-cutter and give them a kick up the butt!...
They messed with the original speed 8 designs, and they totally screwed up the Speed 6 engine, bad news all round...

Ash,
you and your other half need to change names, then we can have 'Daz' and 'Shaz' stickers across the windscreen in true XR3i style to complement the nodding dog and dancing elvis

NOt really wanting to admit this, but...........

i loved my XR3 with the big diagonal XR3 sticker (that i fitted) and the blue strip at the top of the screen. One saving grace is that it didnt say 'Jase' and 'Trace'

My girlfriend's in the MG owners club & I regularly see these advertised, along with flasks, picnic baskets, scarfs & trainspotters waterproof jackets with the MG logo on them...

Pure class

Shaz and Daz?

lol - next it'll be 'Kill' on my side and 'Joy' on her side - and if she was a left hand drive then it would have read 'Kill-joy'...

Best one I've seen so far, was some gimp I sold an external alarm box to (all of 3 quids worth), I later saw him driving around with it bolted to the bonnet of his ford cortina....

With the louvres on the side of it for letting sound out, he'd got it as some mad looking power buldge.

Sad but true.

Always swore, that if I saw it again, I'd stick one of my bell box stickers on it.
