Relay wiring

Hi all
I'm hoping that one of you very helpfull
People are very good with wiring
What I need to know is
Do the fan relays switch low or high
And the same for the fuel pump relay
The block from omex needs to know this for my harness
I may have this wrong but he asked me if it is swicth by an earth or live
Any help would be fantastic
