I had a set of rose jointed track rod ends from a tvr parts supplier who is no longer in business and I couldn't get them to stop knocking. I eventually changed them back to the originals.

There was an anti bumpsteer kit done a few years ago, I am not convinved that the rose jointed trackrod ends were a part of that.

I have known a few people buy them and then change back to the originals fairly quickly.

You are correct, as I have the bump steer kit and it has no rose joints with it...

I think the more important factor in those pics is the fact the steering arms are parralell with the suspension arms.

Sounds like they are not worth having , when you say parralell steering arms do you mean the wishbones as looked at mine and they need to drop on the hub side to be level , does that mean raising front shocks as i measured ride height and i have got 115mm on the outriggers on the front does sound a bit low cheers chris

I'm not sure if some people are confusing rose jointed drop links with track rods??

This is the og thread on the group buy.

These are 3 pics I took after fitting a bumpsteer kit that was sold a few years ago. See if you think it's working. Total toe change 8 degrees across the axle full bump to full rebound.

I'd be interested to see what it's like without the kits as well.

The only real way to do it is measure the existing movement and shim the rack accordingly.

I've still got the bumpsteer kit which I haven't fitted. Anyone wants any pics, measurements or details just let me know.
