Cerb 97 seats

Hi can anyone tell me the trick to removing the seat backs from a standard 1997 Cerbera front seat they are loose but will not come off any help would be great Thanks
Thank you for the advice so far, I have everything removed, but I am still having a hard time removing them, they move a bit, but even with standing on the base and pulling nothing comes off, seem jammed on some part!!!! Do they need a lot of force to get them off?

Remove 2 screws down at the bottom of the back that go into the lower rail of the frame. Take the headrest right out and there are two screws that go down into the top frame rail. The back will lift off the frame. It can be fiddly to get it free so take it gently.

Don't forget to let the air out of the lumbar support - can be a battle otherwise

The back on the original style seats doesn't go over the lumbar support. It makes no difference it is inflated or not.
