Not my field of expertise, but there will be an expert along soon.

When you have it going again......
Do you do track days, and do you fancy coming along to one at Snetterton in three weeks time? There will be a gang of us there if you fancy it. If you don't fancy your car on track, perhaps come and say hello and have a few passenger rides?

unplug the ignition control box at the back leave for 30 seconds and try again, mine has done this a few times and this clears the issue for me.

I have proved the immobiliser is not at fault as I used a test probe to send some juice done the white/red starter motor signal wire
What kind of test probe generates 12V ?

Well I never smile

I presume/thought that on the Cerb, the immobiliser interrupts the trigger/supply to the fuel pump, ignition and starter motor ?

Also, the Sealey... If it throws out 12V, does it throw out enough amps for the item you're trying to test ? I'm guessing it hasn't got anywhere near enough ampage to turn a starter motor over for example ? I presume it's for low current draw items ?
