Powerflex or not for uprights?

I am going to replace the bushes on the rear uprights and wondered if people though the price premium for powerflex ones was worth the money?

I think these are the correct bushes in normal metalastic:

But the powerflex ones are much more expensive:

Unless I am looking at the wrong bushes or working the price out wrong it will cost me £28.73 to replace the six bushes with original metalastic compared to £143.68 for powerflex ones.

That is a big difference.

The verb bushes had very little rubber in the bushes compared to other cars.
Powerflex type bushes wear and squeak once the lube runs dry.
Don't bother.
If you want stiff, get some nylatron turned up!

I'm not really looking for stiff - stiff isn't always best for ride quality. On this car when replacing anything I am taking the opinion if I can upgrade then do so. The plan is in a few years time I will have a sorted car!

I went with powerflex for the diff mount/brackets bushes I replaced for two reasons. One - the metal ones were a pig to get out and I never want to have to go through that again and two - they were free.

The upright bushes look far more accessible so I guess they will be easier to replace. Sounds like standard metal ones for my rear uprights then as they are considerably cheaper.

When I changed from the standard type to Powerflex I felt it transformed the car, a massive improvement over the originals.
