As per the title. Speed six Cerb at auction.

http://www.hbc.co.uk/cgi-bin/zyview/D=vehicles/V=b...

Current highest bidder at £5000 is "our salvage friend" up in the North east.

Just a heads up in case anyone is looking for a cat loss Cerb.

If our friend wins it, check on his website straight after, and it will be 2k higher,.......yes..... and he even uses the auction pics in his ad...yes

Dont you just love him! [i know its his business..... etc....etc....]

Just I.M.O............ its a rip off.

Got to wonder what happened to it - looks like someone went at it with a sledge hammer!

Side swipe???

To be fair doesn't look like a difficult fix.

If it was a V8 it would have pricked my interest.

If I was looking for a Cerbera I would have it, looks like a bargain at £5-6k. It would make an interesting projectscratchchin

Rang hbc, but they say the electrics are dead, so don't know. So does anybody know the mileage?

Looks like someone had a side swipe then took the sledgehammer to it to make it worse so the insurance co would write it off.

Must have needed a rebuild that's probably why!

It's in eBay, no prizes for guessing who bought it. To be fair to them, they've not put the price up quite as much as I thought they would.

And the winner with an automatic bid for £6350 plus auction comission is....................................

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TVR-CERBERA-4LTR-LATE-20...

He must decide a maximum value bid and place it in the automatic bid system.

Not a bad little profit if he sells it on quickly.

As i have said before .....its a business and as such its purpose is to make money........but i still dont have to agree with it!

Sounds good if the engine and chassis are fine. Albeit at the ebay price (plus repairs and paint) then surely you are getting close to non-cat D prices...

Damage on the tops of the front wings is odd. It's been over sprayed as well to hide to worst of it.

I can only think it ran up the back of a truck and went under thee bump bar or something has been dropped on it after the accident.

It was a reasonable proposition before 'they' got involved.. As always.

Could the damage on wings be caused from fire due to burnt out HID Ballasts.
