Having problems starting cerb, want to rule out the immobiliser. Can you reset the immobiliser? If so would somebody

There is NOT a reset button on the immobiliser (well not on the one on my car anyway)

Would it not reset if you disconnected the battery?

What are the symptoms and have you tried the dongle thingy in the slot whatsit?

There is nothing to reset. It either arms or doesn't. The alarm which controls the immobiliser however will reset if you disconnect the battery for a few minutes. Just make sure you have the fob in your pocket before you do that as it will arm its self on reconnection!

Thanks for the input guys
Have now tried all of above to no avail
She had an intermittent fault running very rough then stalling.
Car won't start at all now. Turns over fine
Btw running LS with emerald ecu
