That A453 excuse for a road into the a***hole of the world, I am NEVER going through that S***hole again.
3 hours sat watching my fans cut in and out wondering if it was just gonna melt everything.
I was on way back from Macclesfield with my brand new Big Bore ACT exhaust now re-shaped and fitted by the guys that actually constructed it.
It was good to shake the hand of the guy who has made my car come alive and sound bloody awsome.
It does look like they aren't going to supply any more off the shelf big bores though, you'll have to go and get it supplied and kind of hand made to fit at JP exhausts in Macclesfield.
Glad I've got mine as I now don't have to go near Nottingham ever again.
Just gotta convince the missus that IKEA has gone bust.
Oh apologies if you live there, I'm just p****ed off with the road network and police who decided to shut a few more roads today.
Car ran great almost 3 hours stop start traffic. Thank god for new rad and hoses and a great speed6 engine, it's gotta be the best engine, in the world ever.!

True, it's a hassle but it is THE way to test your newly-fitted cooling pipes.
I managed to survive 3 hours, doing the 3.4 miles on the M20, between Junction 8 and 7, after the "Highways Authority"
had decided to close it on a Friday evening.
Had just fitted a complete set of ACT neoprene coolant pipes and the whole thing held together without so much as a whiff of steam.

Thats the only downside, and, not conveniently open all day saturday.
I took two fridays off work, drove it over, and got train home, then went back following week and picked her up, fully testing the system through Notty ash.
All I can say is try and make it happen turn it into a weekend break not much in Macclesfield, granted, but its not far from some beautiful countryside, Manchester airport is only a couple of stops away on the train, fly somewhere nice, come back pick up car blast home.
Don't give up, your car can easily do 400 miles.
Cheers
Karl
