What tell's the window that it's up?

What tells the window that it’s fully up? I know that it has a micro switch to tell the window that it is down and open enough to open the door but what tells the control box that the window is up? Is there another micro switch somewhere? Or is it built into the motor?

ould well be wrong but I believe this is timed from the micro switch. I.E. as the window passes the switch on the way up, the control box runs the motor for another n secs. Clever eh? Not!

There is an upgrade for cars that have had the updated door rubbers. The updrade runs the motor for a little longer to ensure that the window is closed
