Much as I prefer rubber, I'd do the diff in poly every time.

The other advantage is should you need to replace, the bushes come in 2x parts, which makes them easier to replace.

Only some designs of poly bush have the diff bush in 2 parts. My recent(ish) Powerflex diff bush was a once piece design, which while nothing like as bad as the oem one to fit was still a bit of a pig and had to be pressed in place. It is probably worth looking for a 2 part bush.

That's what I thought too (hence my fitting of Polybush instead of PowerFlex) but after a quick Google, it looks like even the Powerflex ones are 2x parts.

I did think that, reciprocating air saw again like the original I would think, but I hope to never go near it ever again smile

Once of the jobs I did was diff bush replacement. I had a one piece powerflex one. It pressed in easy enough and I think if it ever has tom come out a void puller would make light work of it. Failing that a hole saw would go through it in seconds. One piece or two piece the point is you don't have that metal sleeve rusted in place.
